  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.

  • For livestream sales via merchants/KOLs, refunds are subject to the respective seller’s policy, with PlayMart assisting in coordination.


Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days (Malaysia), 7–14 working days (cross-border).

  • Shipping fees vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

  • PlayMart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or force majeure events.
