Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or missing items verified through our support team.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
For livestream sales via merchants/KOLs, refunds are subject to the respective seller’s policy, with PlayMart assisting in coordination.
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days (Malaysia), 7–14 working days (cross-border).
Shipping fees vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
PlayMart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or force majeure events.
